A good escape by the sea
direct access local bars kind staff
This hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach. The location features a variety of local bars and restaurants just outside the hotel (convenient for evening strolls). Complimentary shuttle services run to Khao Lak Centre and Bang Niang markets. I found the staff to be genuinely kind and always willing to assist.

The breakfast buffet offers many options, including Thai and Western dishes and fresh omelets prepared to order. A la carte dining is available on some evenings. The restaurant is clean, with ample seating.

My beautiful double room was very comfortable and included fresh linens, towels, and complimentary bottled water daily. The room was kept very clean each day by the housekeeping staff. The air conditioning worked very well (a relief after a day in the sun!).

breakfast options staff service pool maintenance
I appreciated the wonderful breakfast options! The staff provided fantastic service with both suitcase pick-up and drop-off. The grounds and pool were very well maintained. It was a good experience.
The qr code technology was awful to order food! I kept thinking that the food would arrive soon, BUT IT DID NOT. I waited one hour after placing my order.

hot water unclean areas
the breakfast had great variety, that was acceptable.
i'm disappointed because our room had issues. the shower didn't have hot water in the evening, it only worked in the morning. the communal areas also weren't very clean, i felt uncomfortable.

I was really surprised by the complimentary upgrade to the Beautiful Grand Family room, it was a nice touch! The room was spacious, clean, and had many amenities. Breakfast offered good variety and quality. It had plenty of choices! The housekeeping staff, including K. Kwanta, K.Vava, K.Tak, K. Ann, and K. Jhompee, provided excellent service, I am thankful.
The gym was slightly small. I was expecting bigger.

Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

I loved my time at this location. The beach access was convenient. I enjoyed the on-site surf club. It added a fun activity to my stay. The breakfast had many options. The sliced fruit tasted fresh (especially the mangoes!). I will recommend this hotel!
I found some difficulty communicating with staff because of limited English proficiency.
